an underwhelming stay
insufficient soundproofing hallway light
The soundproofing was a problem. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms. The light from the hallway also entered the room due to insufficient window coverings. These issues affected my sleep each night and were quite distracting, i CONSIDER more attention be paid to room maintenance.

Really good Amenities and Location
attentive staff tea facilities relaxing bar
The staff was very accommodating to every request. Their friendly manner. The hotel provides tea and coffee making facilities.
The fried smell from the kitchen made it to my room each morning. The smell wasn't the nicest way for my room to smell. Sleeping beyond 7am was impossible because of poor soundproofing. I could hear breakfast preparation from below too.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. They moved tables efficiently every morning. The staff made sure my family was seated together, really nice.

My room was clean and well stocked with amenities. The bed was comfy. The bathroom included spare toothbrush and paste, comb, and hair conditioner, useful.

the location is quite central. modern rooms exists and have nice air con. the pool was lovely for a relaxing swim.
i heard noise from other residents because all the floors in this hotel have tiles.
